Frank had a successful career as a barrister for many years, with a broad practice in commercial law and public law. He was the chair of the Bar Council of Ireland between 1993 and 1995. He was appointed to the High Court in 2004 and he became a judge of the Supreme Court in February 2012. Following his retirement from the bench, he returned to work as a barrister.

Across his career as a barrister and a judge, he has been involved in many seminal cases in Irish legal history.

Dr. Alastair Moore is an educator, entrepreneur, and investor with a focus on web3 and AI. In 2022 he co-founded a new Web3 venture builder called The Building Blocks.
He is a UCL PhD computer scientist with a track record in early stage tech, having been a co-founder of Satalia.com (sold to WPP).

He was recently Head of Data Analytics and Machine Learning at UK law firm Mishcon de Reya, where his team managed industry-leading projects in data capture and insight across e-discovery, evidence management, external data capture and internal firm-wide intelligence.
Alastair continues to maintain an active teaching role in the UCL School of Management (Applied AI), and HSBC Business School (Technology strategy).

He has served as a member of the Special Group for Entrepreneurship for the British Computer Society and is currently the AI mentor at the Royal Academy of Engineering. He sits on the board of the UKs largest deep tech university accelerator programme, ConceptionX.org and recently co-founded a new AI company Ai8.io working on creating human machine teams.

Michael is VP, Legal Operations and Managed Legal Services at Johnson Hana. he has over 18 years’ experience delivering successful business transformation and legal & compliance programs and has previously led client engagement programs supporting wind-down and asset sale of a large retail bank, the delivery of regulatory investigation and remediation programs as well as large-scale business system implementations.

He has previously worked for PWC in Ireland and Accenture in the US. At Johnson Hana Michael heads up the Legal Ops Consulting practice, part of which is working with clients to identify and implement best-fit technology solutions across their legal functions.

Caoilfhionn Gallagher KC is an international human rights lawyer and a barrister at Doughty Street Chambers, London. Over the past 20 years she has acted in many landmark cases on a wide range of human rights issues in the UK and internationally, before the European Court of Human Rights, international courts and UN bodies. This has included acting for the bereaved families and survivors of the 7/7 London Bombings and the Hillsborough Disaster; and in cases which have changed the law on a range of issues including the treatment of children in police custody, State duties to homeless children, reproductive rights in Northern Ireland and the discriminatory impact of welfare cuts. Internationally, Caoilfhionn has acted for, and secured the freedom of, many arbitrarily detained journalists, cartoonists, peaceful protestors and human rights defenders around the world, including in Iran, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.

Dr Helen Taylor leads the court monitoring programme for Spotlight on Corruption, a UK agency working to highlight corruption via evidence-based, impactful research on enforcement of UK and global anti-corruption laws, and by communicating the findings to key audiences including policymakers, MPs, civil servants, NGOs and the public.
She previously worked at the Judicial Commission of Inquiry into Allegations of State Capture, Corruption and Fraud in South Africa, and has also clerked at the South African Constitutional Court.
She completed her DPhil in Law at the University of Oxford, and is a research associate at the South African Institute for Advanced Constitutional, Human Rights, Public and International Law at the University of Johannesburg.
